Valve reconditioning – quality like day one

For used or heavily worn valves, we offer thorough reconditioning to ensure their service life and function:

• Cleaning: valves are gently cleaned – either with fine glass bead media or with our modern cleaning laser.
• Precision measurement: valve stems are measured across all relevant areas to detect deviations.
• Re-grinding the sealing face: the sealing face is precisely reworked for optimal sealing and maximum efficiency.
• Polishing the valve stems: careful polishing significantly reduces future wear on the valve guides.
