UltraFlow Valve Guides
Valve guides are critical to an engine's flow characteristics and longevity. Worn or ill-fitting valve guides can significantly impair performance. That's why we rely on our own high-precision "UltraFlow" valve guides, specifically optimized for maximum flow and power.

Multi-metal bronze

- A very high-quality alloy suited to both motorsport and long-term use.
- High strength, even at elevated temperatures.
- Good emergency-running properties and thermal conductivity distinguish this material.
- The first choice for sporty road-going vehicles.
H.E.A.T. 2.0

- A beryllium-free alloy for demanding motorsport applications.
- Compared to multi-metal bronze, this material conducts three times as much heat and is therefore ideally suited to highly boosted racing engines. Very tough and difficult to machine.
- Resistant to methanol, ethanol and racing fuel.
Super Alloy

- A beryllium-free alloy for demanding motorsport applications.
- This material combines the highest thermal conductivity (on par with H.E.A.T.) with a further improved wear resistance thanks to over 50% higher hardness. This material has properties that, only a few years ago, were unthinkable in the bronze segment.
- Resistant to methanol, ethanol and racing fuel.
Modern high-tech alloy (formerly "HEAT4")

- A modern high-tech take on the classic.
- A material with maximum hardness to minimize wear.
- Medium thermal conductivity.
- Also suitable for valve seats.

Why our "UltraFlow" valve guides?
- Material quality: our valve guides are made from premium alloys that outperform others in durability, thermal conductivity and precision.
- Flow-optimized: the "UltraFlow" geometry minimizes flow resistance in the port and increases engine power.
- A perfect fit: CNC-manufactured with minimal tolerances and individually matched to every customer project.
- Cost efficiency: standardized ends for valve stem seals reduce cost and simplify parts supply.
In-house manufacturing – precision that makes the difference
Our valve guides are manufactured in-house on state-of-the-art CNC lathes. The advantages at a glance:
- Made to order: custom solutions for specific requirements.
- Length adjustment: for optimal flow and engine power.
- Material variety: choosing the optimal alloy to match the application.
Important note
Renewing the valve guides slightly changes the valve axis. Precisely re-cutting the valve seat rings is therefore essential for optimal sealing. Naturally, we carry out this work with the utmost precision – see also our CNC valve seat machining.
