Private label programs – exclusivity for commercial customers

For commercial customers who need custom port shapes, we exclusively offer our "private label" program. Customers can supply their desired geometries in the form of a sample cylinder head, which we digitize using state-of-the-art probing technology.

The private label process:

• Manufacturing a high-precision fixture plate
• Digitalization of the port and combustion chamber shapes
• Creating the CNC program, including surface calculation and test run
• Assigning a custom program name chosen by the customer
